3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • All activity occurring under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

4. Subscriptions

Access to Mastering Your Scenes Studio requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Payments

You retain ownership of all original creative content you create or upload, including:

Mastering Your Scenes Studio does not claim ownership of your creative work.

The Platform, software, branding, trademarks, methodology implementation, interface design, and related materials remain the property of Mastering Your Scenes Studio unless otherwise stated.

7. AI Assistance

The Platform provides AI-assisted writing tools.

AI-generated content is intended to assist authors and should always be reviewed before publication.

You remain solely responsible for all content you create, edit, publish, or distribute.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Disrupt Platform operation.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Abuse AI services.
  • Use the Platform for fraudulent activities.
  • Interfere with other users.

9. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or create.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload your content.

You grant Mastering Your Scenes Studio only the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display your content for providing the requested services.

10. Availability
